Snag Tracking

Effortless snag capture. Just Click and Markup Snags, in under 20 secs.

Issue Assignment

Users can assign captured snags to specific individuals or teams responsible for resolving them.

Due Dates and Prioritization

Each snag can be assigned a due date to set a deadline for resolution.Users can prioritize snags based on their severity or importance like High, Medium, Low

Status Tracking

Users can update the status of snags to indicate whether they are open, in progress, or closed. They can also include  audio description.Users get Notification throughout any update.

Search & Filter

Allow users to search for specific snags and apply filters to quickly find relevant issues.

Reminders and Notifications

Send reminders to team members about upcoming due dates, priority changes, or unresolved snags.

Real-Time Collaboration

Real-time collaboration by allowing team members to view and edit snag details simultaneously. Discuss snag-related matters through the comment or voice notes!

Role management


Implement role-based access control to ensure that only authorized users can view or modify snag information. Roles assigned as Admins, Owner, User, Watcher etc

Download Site Hero 

To download and setup your profile 

  1. Download Site Hero.

  2. Enter your Phone number.

  3. After entering your phone number, you will receive an OTP via SMS or in-app notification. Enter the OTP in the provided field to verify your phone number. This step ensures the security of your account.

  4. Once your phone number is verified, you may be asked to set up your profile. This typically involves adding your name and possibly a profile picture.
